Toyota Complaints

I went to Sterling McCall toyota on Dec 24, because of the recall and to fix a damage that Toyota had done to my vehicle and well Mr. John Williams gave me insults and bad language i told him that i would contact Toyota Corporate to report the incident that i had experience and in a very bad attitude he told me i dont care you can call who ever you want. About 2 weeks ago i was contacted to by Jerry their General manager he treat me even worst he called me names and gave a bad language. anyway when they returned my car since it was "ready" they said that toyota camry se 2009 was not on recall and i had my doubts so i contacted Don McGill toyota to check on it and they told me that yes the car was on recall and that they were going to fix it. after this i contacted Stearling McCall Toyota and they said that they didnt care what they said or had done to my car. please im asking for the Media Support to get this racism that toyota is giving me and the bad treatment please.

Does anyone know how to contact the media?

Well... sorry to hear you had a bad time at this dealership...

If you have the Denso pedals in your SE, they have to shorten the pedal and also trim the carpet by half an inch

That dealer is wrong when they said you were not part of the recall...

That's terrible. Contact your local paper in Houston or call the better business bureu. They should be able to help or give you an idea of who can. Also you could try and contact Toyota Corporate again and keep calling and emailing until they do something.

Good luck.

Its not Toyota who is giving you bad treatment. Its the dealership. Two different businesses. You dont buy the car directly from Toyota. You're buying it from the stealerships.

Call Toyota Corporate and file a complaint with Better Business Bureau. Theres nothing else you can do and neither would do much unless there is physical damage and proof. Lesson learned, dont go to them. Get up and move on

Well the main problem with my car now is the front lip of the bumper it came loose after they were working with my headlights and taking off and on the bumper damage several clips and on the lip they broke one piece that kept the lip firm into the bumper
